3. Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Esposito – 4 months
Back in 2006, Bradley Cooper married fellow actress Jennifer Esposito, a union that would sadly last for only four months.
“Within days, my relationship hit an all-time low, and within a week, it was over.” The “Blue Bloods” star was the one to file for divorce, claiming the marriage ended a slippery slope that meant misery for the two.
For young and restless Bradley Cooper the blunder probably did not mean much back then. “It was just something that happened. The good thing is we both realized it. Sometimes you just realize it.” The “Silver Linings Playbook” actor confessed at Howard Stern’s radio show giving millions of women renewed reason to hope.
Others claim the actor from “The Hangover” pledged to avoid marriage at all cost. Who can say no to Irina Shayk, right? The two said “yes” in 2015 and skillfully navigated the ups and downs to avoid this list.
The next short celeb marriage left some things tangled and unclear. Check it out!
4. Janet Jackson and James DeBarge – 4 months
Four months seems to be the critical age for marriage, as Janet Jackson and her childhood friend James DeBarge also failed to go past it.
Janet looks fresh and innocent in pictures that go back all the way to 1984. Although lovely, the couple had to call it quits right at the beginning of the following year.
Most failed marriages are dead and buried, but that between Janet Jackson and James DeBarge recently resurrected with a bombshell. Frustrated to see Janet pregnant and expecting her child, DeBarge claimed he secretly fathered a child with Damita Jo.
Bad luck seems to be the name of the game for the younger sister of the late Michael Jackson. 51-year-old Janet recently made public her third divorce, this time from Wissam Al Mana, and it seems she will adopt the uncomfortable position of being a single mother.
The good news is that despite the personal turmoil, Jackson would resume her Unbreakable World Tour in September.
Prepare the confetti for the amazingly short wedding up next!
